Who am I?

I’m Joe Lalley, writer, speaker and workshop facilitator. I’ve spent much of my career leading Design Thinking workshops for companies of all industries, shapes and sizes. Along the way, I've also published multiple articles ranging from how to use curiosity to navigate remote work in the pandemic to how to fix the endless cycles of bad meetings. I’m also a marathon runner, and have written about the many crossovers I see between running marathons and running a business.

I wrote this book because I believe we all had the skill of questioning to learn at one point or another in our lives. I let that skill fall dormant for years. Once I reawakened it, I saw my career and life in a totally new light, full of possibilities. This led to career breakthroughs and a working life that I truly enjoy.
